"My administration has worked so hard to ensure that the educational quality that VSU has been known for will never diminish even when this unique way of delivering education is right inside your homes,” President Tulin said.

Dr. J. Prospero E. De Vera III, Chairperson of Commission of Higher Education (CHED) and VSU Board of Regents (VSU-BOR) Chairperson, also graced the live orientation via Zoom. In his message, he praised the VSU administration for its commendable preparedness amid COVID-19.
