During the opening ceremonies of the UISB Open House, VSU President Edgardo E. Tulin announced the construction of more dormitories for undergraduate, graduate and foreign students to better accommodate the growing population of the Viscan community. This is also in preparation for the approaching admission of freshmen college students.
