The Second International Conference on Development Communication and 11th Scientific Meeting of the Association of Development Communication Educators in the Philippines (ADCEP) officially commenced yesterday, September 14, participated by several development communication practitioners and students, as well as government and non-governmental organizations all over the country at Visayas State University, Baybay City, Leyte.

 A new queen reigns in Ormoc City.

Salidaga, the passenger, was declared dead on arrival. Jandoc, the driver, was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Ormoc Doctors’ Hospital as he suffered severe joint dislocations in his right arm and leg.

The victim has been identified to be Ronie Recilla, 24, of Butuan City, Caraga.
